Community Roundtable
Community Roundtable meetings bring the Project Redwood community together to share updates, celebrate progress, and spark new connections. Each session includes introductions of new volunteers, organizational updates, and a spotlight of our grantees.

Cocktails with a Grantee
Join us for this dynamic series where impactful stories meet engaging conversation. Project Redwood grantees describe their work and answer questions, showcasing their impact and commitment. Mix it up and join the fun by making a cocktail or mocktail inspired by the grantee!

Annual Meeting
We look forward to sharing the inspiring work of our grantees, reconnecting with alumni from various classes, and shaping the future of Project Redwood. Whether you are already involved with Project Redwood or are interested in supporting social entrepreneurs fighting poverty, this event is for you.
Frequency: Yearly in October
Location: In person plus virtual option
Regional Events
Regional events bring together Project Redwood volunteers and supporters in different parts of the country to share experiences, strengthen connections, and explore opportunities for impact. These gatherings foster community, learning, and collaboration closer to home.
Frequency: 1 to 2 per year

Changemaker Spotlight
Project Redwood’s Changemaker Spotlight is a series of one-hour virtual sessions featuring prominent alumni from the Stanford community, sharing their insights on how to build winning teams, stay on mission, and scale impact. This program is designed for leaders in both the private and nonprofit sectors.
Frequency: 1 to 2 per year
Location: Virtual
Grantee Visits
Grantee visits, which are typically suggested and supported by our grantees, provide an opportunity for Project Redwood volunteers and supporters to learn directly from the organizations we fund. These visits deepen understanding, foster community engagement, and create meaningful opportunities for shared learning. Participants cover their own costs.
Frequency: 2 to 3 per year
